Training and capacity building
The problem we solve
An organisation can only stay ahead if its people keep learning. Yet much training misses the mark: it is generic, it is not linked to the real gaps in a team’s skills, and nobody checks afterwards whether anything changed. Schools face a sharper version of the same problem, with heavy demands on staff and learners and little money for specialist support.
We design and deliver learning programmes for schools, organisations and research teams, each matched to the client’s strategy, setting and resources. We start by finding out what people actually need to learn, then design content and delivery around that, and we check the result. Our team has facilitated training for the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development, Busitema University, Justice Centres Uganda and UN Women, and we train the research assistants for every field study we manage.
